Fortunatamente gli antichi fondatori Mark Finkelstein e Gladys Pizarro con l' aiuto di Simon Dunmore della Defected, grazie ad una causa vinta contro la nuova proprietà hanno riottenuto i diritti per ristampare e distribuire gli originali vinili della leggendaria label nel periodo d' oro, ovvero quello precedente al 2002.
